Phil is the Founder and Chairman of Innovation 4 Business. He is a well-established leader with over 20 years in both the finance and property industries. With a strong business acumen and client centric work ethos Phil is passionate about delivering an exemplary client service whilst forging long lasting relationships.

Russell is a business founder and investor with a trusted network of expert entrepreneurs, which has been thoughtfully and carefully constructed over several years. His unique service and excellent reputation has led to immense success in the financial industry, where he founded a range of unique businesses through investment into people.

Aulfat has over 21 years experience specialising in capital allowances and land remediation relief, having previously spent over 18 years with Deloitte. Aulfat is responsible for providing all aspects of client service from identifying opportunities, preparing proposals to completion of reports and delivery to clients. Being both CTA and ATT qualified and with her wealth of experience she maximises the true potential in every claim.

As a Sales Director, Alex brings with him a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the property market. His legal background enables him to understand complex legislation, analyse and assess each case thoroughly and provide an excellent client journey.

As our Operations Manager, Claire brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and the perfect attitude to be a leader at I4B. Her background within the legal sector enables her to understand the nuances of our offerings, and manage the team successfully.

ADMIN & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Cecily works cohesively with all members of the team to provide support where necessary. Her previous experience in roles within sales and recruitment have equipped her with the necessary skill set. Her bubbly personality and strong work ethic allow her to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

 Tax consultant

Neil has 11 years’ experience specialising in capital allowances, having joined the company from international law firm Gateley. With a strong client focus, Neil has extensive experience of producing claims for private and public real estate investment companies, in the retail and restaurant sectors and for private individuals.

Account Manager

After joining Innovation 4 Business as a part of our telemarketing team, Luke showed a flair for account management and quickly progressed onto our sales team. Luke’s personable attitude and motivational outlook allows him to provide a fantastic client experience.

Henry has over 10 years experience working for large global insurance brokers, advising large corporate firms on risk and insurance before choosing to specialise in property, development and construction. Henry is really passionate about the property sector combining market leading insurance advice and solutions with a genuine client-centric offering.

James is a CeMAP qualified individual, concentrating on regulated bridging and development cases. He has  previous experience at Lloyds bank and a degree in Accounting and Business Management.

Dispute Resolution Consultant

Neil is an expert dispute consultant and former HMRC Deputy Director, with extensive experience in tax-related disputes. Specialising in risk management and resolution, Neil helps clients navigate complex tax issues and avoid costly litigation.

Guy has over 35 years of experience as a solicitor, managing partner, in-house legal adviser, company chairman, and management consultant. He specialises in management, governance, and in-house legal work. A key figure in Birmingham’s legal community, Guy founded a 60-strong automotive and personal injury department at a well-known law firm in 1989. He founded and led the national brand Lawyers 2U until 2013. In 2021, he returned to private practice as regional head for a national law firm.

Consultant

Prior to working with I4B Mike spent nearly 40 years with NatWest, in their commercial banking division. Mike now utilises his finance background and understanding of the sector to add value to historical and new clients alike. He is also passionate about his local community and is the Chairman of Wolverhampton Cricket Club.

Accounts Manager

Caroline has become part of the team, joining as an AAT-qualified Accounts Manager. She has previous experience in the construction and engineering industries. Working in the Finance & Risk department, she is responsible for transactional accounting and the payroll for the team.

Health & Wellbeing consultant

Esta is the life and health coach at Innovation 4 Business. Her ‘Well, Well, Well’ coaching technique focuses on building a Well Body, a Well Mind and a Well You! Esta offers confidential one on one coaching to any staff member that would like to open up new possibilities within their life and wellness journey.
