Phil is the Founder and Chairman of Innovation 4 Business. He is a well-established leader with over 20 years in both the finance and property industries. With a strong business acumen and client centric work ethos Phil is passionate about delivering an exemplary client service whilst forging long lasting relationships.

Russell is a business founder and investor with a trusted network of expert entrepreneurs, which has been thoughtfully and carefully constructed over several years. His unique service and excellent reputation has led to immense success in the financial industry, where he founded a range of unique businesses through investment into people.

Aulfat has over 21 years experience specialising in capital allowances and land remediation relief, having previously spent over 18 years with Deloitte. Aulfat is responsible for providing all aspects of client service from identifying opportunities, preparing proposals to completion of reports and delivery to clients. Being both CTA and ATT qualified and with her wealth of experience she maximises the true potential in every claim.

As a Sales Director, Alex brings with him a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the property market. His legal background enables him to understand complex legislation, analyse and assess each case thoroughly and provide an excellent client journey.

 Associate Director

Neil has 11 years’ experience specialising in capital allowances, having joined the company from international law firm Gateley. With a strong client focus, Neil has extensive experience of producing claims for private and public real estate investment companies, in the retail and restaurant sectors and for private individuals.

Cecily works cohesively with all members of the team to provide support where necessary. Her previous experience in roles within sales and recruitment have equipped her with the necessary skill set. Her bubbly personality and strong work ethic allow her to build effective relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Senior Account Manager

After joining Innovation 4 Business as a part of our telemarketing team, Luke showed a flair for account management and quickly progressed onto our sales team. Luke’s personable attitude and motivational outlook allows him to provide a fantastic client experience.

Assistant Associate

Hassaan joins us an apprentice in our Capital Allowances team. His commitment to professional growth is demonstrated by his pursuit of a Level 2 Accounting Apprenticeship (AAT), showcasing his drive to expand his skill set and contribute to the financial operations of our team.

Business Administration assistant

Eleanor sits within our SDLT team and is currently studying for a Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration. Passionate about organisation and efficiency, Eleanor is eager to develop her skillset in a fast-paced professional environment, while gaining hands-on experience in the specialist tax advisory sector.

Sales CONSULTANT

Ed is a key member of our Energy team, helping clients maximise energy savings through expert advice and tailored solutions. With a strong understanding of energy efficiency and cost-saving opportunities, Ed works closely with businesses to enhance sustainability. His commitment to excellent client service and in-depth knowledge make him a trusted advisor in the field.

in house counsel

Guy has over 35 years of experience as a solicitor, managing partner, in-house legal adviser, company chairman, and management consultant. He specialises in management, governance, and in-house legal work. A key figure in Birmingham’s legal community, Guy founded a 60-strong automotive and personal injury department at a well-known law firm in 1989. He founded and led the national brand Lawyers 2U until 2013. In 2021, he returned to private practice as regional head for a national law firm.

Accounts Manager

Caroline has become part of the team, joining as an AAT-qualified Accounts Manager. She has previous experience in the construction and engineering industries. Working in the Finance & Risk department, she is responsible for transactional accounting and the payroll for the team.

Health & Wellbeing consultant

Esta is the life and health coach at Innovation 4 Business. Her ‘Well, Well, Well’ coaching technique focuses on building a Well Body, a Well Mind and a Well You! Esta offers confidential one on one coaching to any staff member that would like to open up new possibilities within their life and wellness journey.
