Fitbits
To help boost team morale, and more importantly, team movement, we have provided all the staff with Fitbits. This enables us to run step competitions throughout the year. Whether team members need support to manage or prevent health conditions or just want to stay healthy, our step challenges help to keep the team engaged, motivated and moving!
Team Building
Team building and social activities improve communication and interpersonal skills. Having monthly informal social gatherings add huge value to both the company’s and individual’s personal development.
Training & Development
We are passionate about individual growth and performance, and as such we regularly work with each team member providing additional training and support as needed. This allows for quick career progression, ensuring colleagues are rewarded and promoted accordingly. In addition, we have weekly training and development sessions for the entire team.
Run Club
Our weekly run club is open to the entire team and all members of the ARMCO portfolio. Run club takes place during working hours so that all team members that would like to be involved can.
Life & Health Coach
Esta Japhcott is our life and health coach. Her ‘Well, Well, Well’ coaching technique focuses on building a Well Body, a Well Mind and a Well You! Esta offers confidential one on one coaching to any staff member that would like to open up new possibilities within their life and wellness journey.
